THE IMMIGRATION PROCESS
In order to immigrate to Canada under a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), a potential applicant must apply to the province where they wish to immigrate. It is the province that will determine if the potential applicant meets their requirements, and if the potential applicant has the genuine intention to settle in their province.

Provinces that currently have PNP's are the following:
  1. Alberta;

  2. British Columbia

  3. Manitoba;

  4. New Brunswick;

  5. Newfoundland and Labrador;

  6. Nova Scotia;

  7. Ontario

  8. Prince Edward Island;

  9. Saskatchewan;

  10. Yukon.

Each province has different programs available, and the selection criteria for programs vary from province to province.
